Bomke's Patch is a roughly 10-acre seasonal pumpkin farm outside Springfield with more than 50 pumpkin and gourd varieties available pre-cut or cut fresh from the vine. The farm features a corn and bean maze, wagon rides, a petting zoo, playground equipment, and an after-dark Rockin Nite Maze. Weekend special events run through the fall season.
Tom's Farm Market and Greenhouses is a farm market, garden center, and bakery/cafe in Huntley, Illinois, with a sunflower field opening each July, a cut-flower field, and strawberry picking earlier in the season. In fall it runs a corn maze and a family-friendly after-dark "Moonlight Corn Maze" event with flashlights, a hayride, and bonfires.

Carter Brothers Haunted Hayrides is a long-running, family-oriented haunted wagon ride on the Springfield/Sherman line, marking its 40th season in 2025. Riders travel a themed haunted course rated a medium scare factor with no walking required, and a dedicated lower-intensity Kids Day afternoon session is offered for younger children. The attraction runs Friday and Saturday nights in October.
