Hokuryu's month-long festival surrounds families with two million sunflowers and two full-height sunflower mazes, the Jumbo Maze and Daiwa Maze. A world-variety garden, sightseeing tractor, food and local-product stalls, live bloom cameras and leash-friendly grounds make it a substantial seasonal destination.
