Clearwell Farm near Michaelston-y-Fedw, on the Cardiff/Newport border, has run as a family farm since 1911 and now combines a summer Sunflower Patch with a maize maze and an autumn Pumpkin Village. The venue markets itself around 'sustainable fun' and also runs a pick-your-own Christmas tree season and cider-orchard activities. An on-site cafe serves visitors year-round.
