Clearwell Farm nabij Michaelston-y-Fedw, op de grens van Cardiff en Newport, is sinds 1911 een familiebedrijf. Tegenwoordig combineert de boerderij in de zomer een zonnebloemveld met een maïsdoolhof en in het najaar een pompoendorp. De locatie richt zich op 'duurzaam plezier' en organiseert daarnaast een seizoen voor het zelf plukken van kerstbomen en activiteiten in de ciderboomgaard. Een café op het terrein is het hele jaar door geopend voor bezoekers.

Forage Farm Shop on the Penllyn Estate near Cowbridge runs pick-your-own pumpkins from 3-31 October 2026, with tractor-trailer rides out to the field and a maize maze included. Twilight evening sessions run from 16-31 October, priced at £10 per person, with daytime vehicle entry at £12-15. The farm keeps alpacas, goats, pigs and Highland cows, and additional paid activities include pony rides and a pumpkin catapult.

Cantref Adventure Farm in the Brecon Beacons grows a giant maize maze across five acres and runs a dog-friendly Pumpkin Festival where every child picks a free pumpkin from the patch. A separate evening event, Pumpkin Nights, offers a twilight walk through a glowing pumpkin patch with live music and pizza for £3 entry. The farm also runs tractor-pulled hay rides and a haunted house as part of its autumn programme.

Holt, Wrexham, Wales

Bellis Brothers Farm Shop and Garden Centre near Holt, Wrexham, combines a farm shop, butchers and deli, an award-winning garden centre and the Strawberry Fields restaurant with seasonal pick-your-own activities. In past years it has run a spooky maize maze in August and pick-your-own pumpkins in October. The site also has a children's play area.
