Monty's Farm Park on the Ardardan Estate near Cardross runs 'Pumpkin & Play' sessions each October combining pumpkin picking and carving with the park's regular attractions. Standard features include ride-on tractors, pedal go-karts, sand pits, woodland exploration and farm-animal encounters, with an indoor play barn as a wet-weather option. The park operates shorter hours early in the week (Monday-Wednesday) than at weekends.
Hillview Animal Park at Bogside, near Alloa, runs a seasonal pumpkin patch offering hundreds of pumpkins and squashes sold by size. Entry is by one-hour ticketed timeslot booked through Eventbrite, with one ticket covering an entire car. The pumpkin patch event itself does not include farm-animal access, which is offered separately at the park.
Broadslap Fruit Farm near Dunning, Perthshire, offers pick-your-own flowers, soft fruit and pumpkins alongside a farm shop, gift shop and the Hungry Farmer Cafe. Almond Valley Heritage Centre is a 23-acre rare-breed farm and museum in Livingston with a sheltered, all-weather pumpkin patch set among straw bales beneath a barn. Standard admission includes pumpkin picking alongside the centre's animals, historic mill, working railway station and play areas. Seasonal crafts, games and a scarecrow quiz trail typically run alongside the patch.
