A quiz accompanies the visit, and an observation tower at the top of the sloped maze gives views over the Zwarte Beek valley.

A corn maze run from a bike café ('fietscafé') on De Merelhoeve farm in Paal, near Beringen, with an observation tower giving views over the Zwarte Beek valley. Visitors register at the café counter, receive a quiz sheet with regional-product prizes, and can cycle through the surrounding cornfields. The site is stroller- and wheelchair-friendly with free WiFi and parking within 100 meters.
