The Pop Up Farm, run by sixth-generation Hertfordshire farmer Ian Pigott on Thrales End Farm near Harpenden, offers pick-your-own pumpkins, sunflowers and corn on a working regenerative farm, plus an evening 'Moonlit Pumpkins' event and school education programmes. It has run PYO pumpkin events since 2017. Exact 2026 dates were not published at the time of research.
A new family maize maze at the charitable Standalone Farm in Letchworth, included with normal farm admission. The current maze is designed as a familiar farm animal and normally takes families about 45 minutes, with emergency exits and an optional map.
Cammas Hall Farm near Hatfield Broad Oak, on the Hertfordshire/Essex border, cuts a six-acre dinosaur-themed maize maze with a mini maze, and also offers footgolf, a play area, pick-your-own produce and a tea barn with stone-baked pizzas. The maze ran throughout August in 2025; 2026 dates were not yet confirmed at time of research.
Large family activity farm near St Albans whose 2026 Summer Spectacular includes the A-Maize-ing Maze alongside farm animals, tractor rides, play areas, rides and water play.
