Mangamaire Sunflower Field is a working-farm sunflower field near Pahiatua in the Tararua district, open to the public on scheduled open days during the summer season. Hiwinui Sunflower Field is a 4.5-acre paddock of over 200,000 sunflowers on the Hiwinui Country Estate property outside Palmerston North. The field opens for a limited window each summer and also hosts weddings and private events among the blooms.
